Commission InfoYou can commission me on Twitter, Discord or via Email.Things to include when Commissioning me:+ your Name or Username (on Twitter/Discord)
+ your Paypal Email adress
+ Type of Commission you want and any extras on top of the Base Price
+ Reference Sheet of the Character or other References
+ Pose/Mimic ReferencesOptional
+ Format (DIN format, size in cm or px, etc.)
KEEP IT A SECRETI will be working on commissions on stream.
If you want your commmission to be a secret until a reveal time of your choosing, I will be taking a 10% bonus of the total.

Wenn du deine Commssion geheim halten willst, bis zu einem von dir festgelegten Termin, nehme ich eine extra Gebühr von 10% des Gesamtpreises.
COMMERCIAL USEIf you want to use the art you purchase to earn money in any way, you have to buy a commercial right of use for the commission.
Promotional Products have a Bonus of 70% of the End Price.
Merch Products have a Bonus of 120% of the End Price.Without the commercial right of use you are not allowed to earn money with the commission.EXEPTIONS: Models and Emotes have the Commercial Use already worked into their prices and do not require an extra payment
________________________Wenn du von mir Kunst kaufst um damit in irgendeiner Weise Einnahmen zu gewinnen, musst du Kommerzielle Nutzungsrechte kaufen für die jeweiligen Artworks, etc.
Werbeartikel haben einen Bonus Aufpreis von 70% des End Preises.
Merchartikel haben einen Bonus Aufpreis von 120% des End Preises.Ohne Kommerzielle Nutzungsrechte bist du nicht berechtigt mit meiner Commission Geld zu verdienen.AUSNAHMEN: Model und Emotes haben den Preis für Kommerzielle Nutzungsrechte im Preis schon mit drin und brauchen keine extra Bezahlung.
EXPRESS FEEIf you need your Commission done in a short, specific period, I am taking an express fee of 10-50% of the endprice, depending on the time I will have to work on the commission.
________________________Wenn du deine Commission in einem kurzen, bestimmten Zeitraum fertig haben musst, nehme ich eine Express Gebühr von 10-50% des Gesamtpreises, je nach dem wie viel Zeit verbleibt an der Commission zu arbeiten.
Terms of ServicePlease read carefully before orderingIf you commission me, you accept all listed Terms and Services+
When I process the order, I will determine the price and give you a deadline. A Paypal bill will be sent to you immediatly and has to be payed until the deadline.+
In cases of sickness or similar situations I have the right to extend the deadline in agreement with the Commissioner.+
You will get up to 3 WIPs for Revisions (depending on the type of Commission):
Sketch, lineart and flat colour
ONLY then you can ask for changes.+
The PayPal Transaction Fee is payed by the ordering party and will be listed on the bill as a general fee of 2€+
No refunds except:
1) If you cancel the commission when receiving the sketch revision (80% refund)
Exception: Sketch Commissions
2) I cancel your commission (100% refund)+
I have the right to not take a commission (without having to put a reason)+
The Commissioner has to credit me as the artist for any commissions.+
Commissioners or thrid persons are not allowed to change my Artworks/Commissions in any way without my written agreement.
Watermarks and Signatures can not be removed.+
Commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT.+
Commissioners DO NOT have the right to use my art/their commissions from me as AI art
ArbeitsbedignungenBitte vor der Bestellung sorgfältig lesenWenn du eine Commission bei mir in Auftrag gibst, stimmst du allen oben genannten Bedingungen und Dienstleistungen zu+
Bei Aufnahme der Commission lege ich den Preis fest und nenne eine Deadline. Es wird sofort eine Rechnung über Paypal ausgestellt, die bis zur genannten Deadline bezahlt werden muss.+
Im Krankheitsfall und ähnlichen Situationen bin ich berechtigt die Deadline zu verlängern, in Absprache mit dem Käufer.+
Du bekommst von mir bis zu 3 WIPs zur Revision (je nach Art der Comission):
Sketch, Lineart und Flat Colour.
NUR dann kannst du Veränderungen beantragen.+
Die PayPal-Transaktionsgebühr wird vom Auftraggeber bezahlt und ist mit auf der Rechnung im Form einer Pauschale von 2€.+
Keine Rückerstattung außer:
1) Du stornierst die Commission mit Erhalt der Skizzen Revision (80% Rückerstattung)
Ausnahme: Sketch Commissions
2) Ich storniere den Auftrag (100% Rückerstattung)+
Ich habe das Recht Commissions nicht anzunehmen (auch ohne einen Grund zu nennen)+
Ich muss vom Auftraggeber als Artist von Commissions gecreditet werden.+
Meine Artworks dürfen nicht vom Käufer oder dritten Personen ohne mein schriftliches Einverständnis bearbeitet oder verändert werden.
Watermarks und Signaturen dürfen nicht entfernt werden.+
Es ist verboten aus meinen Artworks oder Commissions NFTs zu machen, Auftraggeber haben keine Rechte ihre Commissions zu NFTs zu machen.+
Auftraggeber haben keine Rechte meine Kunst/ihre Aufträge von mir als/für AI Art zu benutzen.
